  We went last night (Tuesday) there were 4 tables with people and us. All up 12 people. There were 3 cooks, very busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves. It took 45 mins for our hamburgers, which were cold and I had one little slice of mushroom in my people's choice hamburger. We were also not told that we needed to go to the bar to get our drinks which were part of the meal. The chips were very very oily. The waitress had a very unfriendly, almost angry look even when she was speaking to the table behind us. Never again. Would not recommend at all.

  It's a small out of the way truck stop but don't let that fool you. The TV has one channel, the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the bedrooms, the burgers taste like old grilled Grease, and pretty much everything in the kids room is covered in snot. However the staff are amazing like ridiculously amazing like really really ridiculously amazing and friendly and helpful and wonderful and caring and they smile and laugh and are just plain lovely, the only reason I'm giving this any stars at all is because of the staff. also the spa doesn't work and the heated pool is not heated and the laundry, well, it's disgusting and full of Cockroaches and all sorts of weird stuff and junk and rubbish.but, the staff are really amazingly wonderful.

  A very reasonable accommodation for the price. I always get a good rest in the quiet comfortable rooms, good pub grub in the bistro. From experience booking directly will bag you the best room rate.

  Service was good, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Food at bistro was very good. Only issue was the website hasnt been updated to show that buffet breakfast is no longer an option, you get little breakfast packs now. But would recommend.
