  Slow service. Icecream machine is often broken so don't think about going here for a mcflurry ect. Last time I was here I ordered a Bigmac BLT and just got a regular Bigmac =(

  2nd visit; super quick early morning food, 2am and literally waited no more than a minute for a wrap meal and nuggets. Other stores I know that would take them 10 minutes or more in the early morning. Oh and had a lovely lady serve me as well.

  Service is OK. Young servers still learning. Food was not cooked fully as they rushed due to inexperience.

  Been sitting in drive through for 20 minutes and havent even made it to the window to pay for my food, what a joke! Cant even just reverse out cause theres 3 cars behind me and 4 cars infront of me!

  Prozac or Valium. That's my guess as to why the staff are so lethargic and uncaring about custom in their franchise.. This also is THE MOST DISGUSTING UNHYGIENIC FRANCHISE IN AUSTRALIA!!!!!!! Flies on food, EVERY seat available covered in either liquid or left over food! Toilets ARE A DISGRACE. Service is almost completely non-existent. Floor, where the %&*^ are people who understand what a broom and a mop exist for?? Franchise owner, change, or I will send an email with photographic evidence of the disgusting state of your franchise shop, a video of the pathetic lack of service and more photographic proof of how the shop is totally mismanaged through either ignorance, apathy or an inability to successfully manage a business. You, on current form, should NOT have a business. There's also the Health of customers to consider, I trust you understand the implied warning in this comment. People, DON'T patronise this store if your health is important to you, seriously!
