  Had my car serviced the other day, went in with my headlights working and left to realise one had stopped working after it was serviced. I understand mistakes happen but when I went back to have it fixed they were not apologetic at all and didn't seem to care about the mistake they had made. Not to mention my car was dropped off at 8:30, and I was told they would have it done by 11-11:30.. but it ended up taking until 1:30, and wasn't even cleaned. I am disappointed with my experience.

  I paid $900 in one month to have my car completely looked over and fixed. When I got it back the last time it was making noises as soon as I left the shop. I took it back and booked it in again for them to make it out as if I was lying to get it fixed for nothing. I dropped it off at 8.30am, and I had to call up at 1.30pm to ask if it was ready, to be told I needed a new alternator and they would call when the mechanic got back from their break. I didn’t receive a call back so I went in to collect my car at 3.45pm. I paid so much money on a part-time minimum trainee wage, to have a safe car as I travel long distances and this problem had never been picked up on. I’ll never take my car back to MD Automotive, especially after I was spoken to so rudely. They don’t care about their work, just the money.
