  Individually their salads sell for about $6-8 for a medium (or there abouts). BUT if you want to change for a salad (worth up to $8) for a macoroni and cheese (selling individually for $6) you have to pay $2 extra. This makes no sense to me at all. If it costs more to make, why are you charging less for it individually? Why charge an extra $2 to upgrade to something that costs the same or LESS by itself?

  KFC used to get their knickers in a knot with this sort of thing years ago, and then learnt customer service (in a corporate sense) and now allows reasonable/equivalent swaps of sides. Why can't Chicken Stop do the same?

  Their chickens taste really good, Salads always fresh, and hot food really nice. BUT there is one thing that REALLY annoys me and to me is really bad customer service, and they have been doing it for years:

  I love the taste if their food and everything else is generally good apart from this time i ordered quater chicken chips and hot food they forgot my chips so i rang them the girl was nice but they guy speaking in the back ground was being a a**hole saying i didnt ask for them at it cost etc and jus his whole attitude mind u he didnt even serve me and the potatos were half raw....very disappointed. .going to go back to wodonga store
